Place the document; the reader does the rest
The reader detects the document as soon as it is placed and captures it without a button press. Card and passport data can be extracted automatically for check-in, KYC and counter workflows.
Infrared and, on some models, ultraviolet images reveal security features that are invisible under normal light, supporting authenticity checks.

No. It captures the side on the glass; turn the card over for the back.

Which operating systems are supported?
Windows 7 to 11. Linux is available to system integrators through the SDK.
