AirBench AOF Compact Coolant Mist Filter
In short: The AirBench AOF is a compact coolant mist filter that mounts directly on a machine tool. It captures oil and coolant mist at the source. Four models deliver 660 to 2400 m³/h, from 0.2 to 1.15 kW, and are supplied with all the parts needed for machine mounting. It runs on 415 or 230 V three-phase, from its own supply or wired to the machine.
Made by AirBench Ltd in Colchester, UK. Micrographics Data sizes the airflow for your machines, installs the unit and ducting, and stocks replacement filters in Singapore.

Capture coolant mist at the machine
Machining with coolant releases fine oil and water mist that settles on floors and machines and reaches operators’ lungs. A mist filter draws the air from the machine enclosure, separates the mist and returns clean air.
Each AOF serves one machine. Rigid clipped ducting is available when the unit has to sit off the machine. Filters are easy to reach for changes.
Extract
Air is drawn from the machine-tool enclosure.
Duct
Rigid, clipped ducting carries it to the filter.
Filter
The filter stages separate the oil and coolant mist.
Return
Clean air returns to the workshop.
